Important Notice to returning customers...
Effective December 2023

We are rationalising our product range. Climate, economic and political changes have had a significant impact on the highest quality coffees. Quite simply really great specialty grade coffee is becoming more, and more, difficult to find and prices are getting pushed ever higher.

We do not wish to compromise on quality and have therefore, over the past year, had to dramatically cut the number of farms we choose to source from. Obviously this means we can no longer offer all the custom blends that we used to.

We have analysed the flavour profiles of the thousands of blends customers have made and tried to match them to a much smaller choice of coffee profiles. We ultimately got down to what you see on our home page. We see our Nuevo Mundo as a core product going forward, it is a rare Antigua coffee that combines many of the unique flavours of really great specialty coffee. It is a Washed Caturra and the Caturra is a natural mutation of the Bourbon varietal, this gives the coffee superb heritage and coupled with its growing location, at the foothills of the Agua Volcano, this coffee really stands out.

Customers with "New World" Blends will find all the chocolate, fruit and winey tones familiar in Colombian, Honduran, Nicaraguan other Central American and South American coffee. African and Indonesian coffee lovers can find florals and spice in the Nuevo Mundo offering, making it a great all rounder specialty coffee. It really does bring everthing together in a very special way. We are also using it as a base in our Milano and El Diablo espresso blends and even more so in our Caffe Europa continetal styled coffee.

Please give it a try, we hope you love it as much as we do.
